Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Abu Dhabi & Dubai: 1-2 days. Rest of UAE: 2-4 days. GCC countries: 5-7 days.
Are there shipping fees?
Free shipping on orders above AED 200. Below that, a flat AED 25 fee applies.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy?
Return any product within 14 days of receipt in its original condition.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the return.

What are the selling fees?
