By using TheEvents.ae, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the platform. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any security breach.

4. Payment Policy

All prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable. We do not store card data and use Stripe for payment processing.

5. Prohibited Content

Posting misleading, offensive, or IP-infringing content is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend non-compliant accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All TheEvents.ae content including text, images, and logos is protected under intellectual property laws. Reuse without prior permission is not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

TheEvents.ae will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the specific transaction amount.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, and Abu Dhabi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
